At present all we can be certain of is change. In our previous communication we had hoped to have a period of grace for the use of members’ 2019/2020 membership cards, but this is not possible.
From Monday 20th July, members who do not have proof of payment to show at the gate will have to pay the usual City entrance fees to gain access to the Reserve.
In the light of this new decision members who have the facility are asked to fill in the membership form from our website:
Make an EFT payment and email both documents to the below address for your details to be captured on our database: firstname.lastname@example.org
Proof of payment will act as your membership card for the foreseeable future which can be printed or saved on your cellphone and used at the gate for entry to the Reserve.
BE A FRIEND. Many of our members do not have access to online facilities but are regular walkers. We would like to encourage members to contact one another to see whether they could assist each other in the downloading/printing/payment of required documents.
